They allowed us early check-in so we could dump our bags and get on with our holiday. The apartments were impeccable and staff friendly.
The lock to the apartment was very stiff and took a while to figure out!

Spacious, nice, pretty and perfect located in mitte
there are little details they should improve according to the apartments´ prices (in this case A5)...curtains didn´t close well, cleaning (not so bad, but...)could be better...

Central location, good beds.
Photos of website are deceiving. Apartment is run down, poorly maintained, has hardly any furniture and was not cleaned properly when we arrived (wc, shower, kitchen, floor). Many appliances didn't work properly because old: CD player, TV, the kitchen appliances were old and dirty (no coffeemaker). Only the light in bathroom works. We have to leave that light on to see anything when getting back into the apt. We booked the apt on 7th floor but we got the dark apt on 1st floor without prior notice or apology. No reply to an email we sent before. Owner was defensive about our complaints. I've been in Berlin 5 times, this is the most poorly managed apartment I've stayed in. Not worth the money (100 euro per night). There is NO wifi internet.

The gentleman who greeted us was very warm and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The washing machine was very handy. The doorbell at the street came in handy if we didn't come back together.

Fabulous spacious apartment in great location
A bit random that the address your sent to is not actually the apartments, it's the home of the people that run the company, so they then take you on a 5 min walk to get to the apartments which seem to be in the middle of a courtyard of office blocks! This dud not effect our stay but was a very strange set up!

We were very happy with this apartment. It had everything we expected.
We had a problem unlocking the door, which has a mechanism that none of us had experienced previously and seems different to those in use in the uk. However, we phoned for help in getting in and Alexander Nemitz came within 5 minutes to help us and to show us what we needed to do. The booking was for an apartment on the 5th floor but we were on the 4th floor - this wasn't a problem though as we assumed the apartments would have been similar.

The apartments were very well furnished with facilities such as dish washer, cable tv and Internet. The location of the flat was, although central, very quiet. It is an excellent location for the nicer parts of Berlin Mitte. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not situated where it looked like it was, that was the office, but 2 streets further. Having said that the apartment was clean, light and spacious. The room had 2 single beds instead of a double bed but could easily be pushed together, no wifi but a quick landline connection for internet. The shower fixture wasn't working so you had to hold the shower nozzle in your hand. But I would definitely stay here again for the room and location close to shops.

This hotel amazed me from the second I walked in. There are many times, having travelled to lots of countries in the world that the hotel is nothing like what you expect, but this far exceeded expectations. This hotel was a well-designed loft in the heart of Berlin-Mitte with absolutely fantastic rates, great room (larger than the average 1 bedroom North American room) and was an absolute pleasure to stay at. This would be good for small families, couples or singles alike.

A light, quiet, modern, minimal apartment with good kitchen/bathroom facilities in an excellent location. An ideal place for a city break as near the main sights. Also good restaurants, delicatessen, bakery, supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Interesting area of courtyards with restaurants and boutiques. Management of apartment helpful and friendly.
